Return Policy

In order to return a defective product to Compufox/Qsfps.com, the following is needed:

- An RMA number: Please call us at 305-865 8517 or e-mail us to [email protected] to request an RMA number.

- A copy of the original invoice.

The customer will ship the returned products to Compufox/Qsfps.com at his expense.

Compufox will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement products.

Very Important: Please make sure to select the correct transceiver or cable for your router or switch. Should you have any doubts about which transceiver or cable will work with your switch or router, please call us at 305-865 8517 or e-mail us to [email protected].

All defective products returned to Compufox/QSFPs.com must be accompanied by a printed test report showing that they did not work. Products returned to Compufox/QSFPs.com that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Freight is not Refundable.
